Land Division Forms

Applications for land division should be submitted on the following form.

Town Land Use Application

Each of the surrounding landowners (all sides, including across the street) are notified of your request.  Along with your application you must provide the town with addressed, stamped, unsealed envelopes for each of the adjacent landowners.  Use the form letter below for this notification.  The date your application is received determines the meeting dates you will be heard at.

Exception to Design Standards

Effective March 5, 2015 the Town has enacted Chapter 171-A - Moratorium on the Administration of Municipal Code Chapter 171, the Town's Lower St. Croix Riverway Ordinance.  This moratorium is in effect for two years.  All activity in the Lower St. Croix Riverway must be approved by St. Croix County.
