Any yard or tree debris that happens on private property or originates within private property is the property owner’s responsibility to clean up.  

Trees that are on private property that have branches fall into the right-of-way are the responsibility of the property owner for clean up and removal.  

Meaning – if the trunk of the tree is more than 33′ from the center line, the tree and any debris that may fall from it becomes the responsibility of the property owner/resident for clean up and removal.
