The Cove Boat Ramp provides boaters access to the St. Croix River.

The facility includes a handicapped-accessible dock and gangway, parking stalls, and riprap installed in the ramp and gangway areas.

Power launching and landing is prohibited.

The launch is open daily, year-round from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., with limited parking available.

Permits & Fees
There are two types of boat launch parking permits: daily and annual. Separate fees apply for State of WI residents and non-residents.

Daily permits are valid for one day only and are available at the launch in the permit box.
Annual permits are valid for one year after purchase.
Annual permits may be purchased in the following ways:

Placing the annual fee in the daily permit envelope at the boat launch, including a note stating the payment is for an annual permit and providing a mailing address
In person at Town Hall or the Recycling Center during regular business hours
By mail to:

Annual permits may also be obtained at the Recycling Center (Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:00–5:30 p.m., Saturdays 8:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.) or at Town Hall (Monday–Thursday 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.).
