NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with the provisions of Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, public notice is given that the Town of Troy Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will be held at the Troy Town Hall, 654 Glover Road, Hudson, Wisconsin.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider the following zoning map amendment (rezone) request:

Applicant: Superior Vending, 3860 Labore Road, Vadnais Heights, MN 55110

Request: To rezone a portion of parcel number 040-1038-60-250, located at 570 Coulee Trail, from the Agricultural Residential District (AG-RES) to the General Retail and Service Commercial District (COM-GR/S). The proposed rezoning affects approximately 4.2-acres of the eastern portion of the 18.01-acre parcel. The request is intended to support the current business’s proposed use of “Smaller Service and Retail Providers,” which is a permitted use in the COM-GR/S District.

The property is located north of Coulee Trail and west of State Highway 35 (STH-35).

Written or oral testimony may be presented at the hearing. The Town requests written testimony be submitted by 2 p.m., Monday June 2, for inclusion in material distributed to the Plan Commission in advance of the hearing.

All application materials related to the hearing are available for public viewing at the Troy Town Hall, 654 Glover Road, Hudson, Wisconsin, during normal business hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
