Notice of Public Hearing – 50 Glendale Drive

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF TROY, ST. CROIX COUNTY, WISCONSIN

In accordance with Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, Chapter 135 (Subdivision of Land) and Chapter 170 (Zoning Code) of the Town of Troy Municipal Code, public notice is hereby given that the Town of Troy Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on February 19th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will be held at the Town of Troy Town Hall, 654 Glover Road, Hudson, Wisconsin.

Purpose of Hearing:

The purpose of the hearing is to consider a zoning map amendment associated with an application submitted by Tim Morrow, 2056 81st St., Balsam Lake, WI 54810, for approval of a two-lot Certified Survey Map (CSM). The request involves the division of approximately 36.4 acres of land located at 50 Glendale Drive, River Falls, WI, tax parcel number 040-1124-40-001.

The petitioner proposes a minor subdivision to create two lots pursuant to the Town’s Farm Plan program under Chapter 135. The proposal requires rezoning the property from Exclusive Agricultural (AG) to Agricultural Residential (AG-RES) and encumbering the parent parcel with a conservation easement consistent with the requirements of the Farm Plan program.

Public Participation:

Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and provide oral testimony. Written testimony may be submitted to the Town prior to the hearing. Anonymous correspondence will not be accepted.

Availability of Materials:

All application materials related to this request, including the preliminary Certified Survey Map and supporting documentation, are available for public review at the Town of Troy Town Hall, 654 Glover Road, Hudson, Wisconsin, during regular business hours (Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.).
