ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Town of Troy, WI will receive bids for Fire Substation Project subject to terms and conditions contained in Bidding Documents prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. Bids will be on Lump Sum basis.

Owner will receive, via QuestCDN, from qualified bidders until 2:00 PM (CST), Thursday, April 30, 2026, at which time bids will be opened and tabulated according to law.

Contractors submitting an electronic bid will be charged an additional $42 at the time of bid submission via the online electronic bid service QuestCDN.com.

To access the electronic Bid Worksheet, download the project document and click the online bidding button at the top of the advertisement. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through Quest CDN for bids to be accepted. Bids shall be completed according to the Bidding Requirements prepared by SEH dated March 13, 2026.

Bidders will be required to provide a bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds of 100 percent of bid amount.

Contractors may be requested to submit “Contractor’s Qualification Statement”. The Town of Troy, WI reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract to the best interests of Town of Troy.
