Pemble’s Access: Pemble’s Access, 193 Glenmont Rd. in River Falls, is officially closed for the season as of October 1. We’ll reopen for the 2027 season on May 1, weather and water levels permitting. Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed the beach and access to the beautiful St. Croix River this summer! We hope you made some great memories, and we look forward to seeing you again next season!

There are several free well water nitrate screening events upcoming in St. Croix County this summer. These clinics aim to provide residents with an opportunity to have their well water tested for nitrate levels, ensuring the safety and quality of their drinking water. The program also focuses on educating homeowners about how to monitor and protect their water supply.
