March Notice of Public Hearing & Plan Commission Meeting

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with the provisions of Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, public notice is hereby given to all residents in the Town of Troy that the Town of Troy Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on March 6th, 2025, at 6:30pmThe hearing will be held at the Town of Troy Town Hall, 654 Glover Road, Hudson, Wisconsin. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the following. 

APPLICANT, EW Homes Inc. 526 Rolling Meadows Drive, River Falls, WI 54022 has made a request to amend the General Development Plan by revising Troy Commercial Park Condominium Homeowner’s Association ownership structure to allow for the creation of a 5.308-acre Lot #2 in “Expansion Area 1” of the Troy Commercial Park Condominium Plat. 

The request is to extend the time that owners, invitees, and guests may be on the premises (hours of operation). The current hours of operation are from 6am until 10pm, the request is to change the hours of operation to 6am until 12am.  

Interested parties may give oral testimony. Written testimony will be accepted by the Town prior to the public hearing.  Anonymous correspondence will not be accepted. 

All application materials for each hearing may be viewed at the Town of Troy Town Hall, 654 Glover Road, Hudson, Wisconsin during normal business hours, 9:00am to 2:00pm, Monday-Thursday. 

PLAN COMMISSION MEETING will be held on Thursday, March 6th, 2025, at the Troy Town Hall in person immediately following the Public Hearing.

Request: Farley & Anderson own Outlot 1 jointly and are separating their interests and adding the land to their existing lots.

Request: Lot Line adjustment. Adding part of PID 040-1068-80-010 to PID 040-1326-23-000. PID 040-1326-23-000 is Lot 23 of the Plat of Meadow Valley of Troy.

Request: Rezone portion of property to commercial, plan to build additional building(s).

This is official notice that a quorum of the Town Board Supervisors may be present at the Plan Commission Meeting at the date, time and location above. This is not a formal meeting of the Town Board. The purpose of the Town Board Supervisors’ attendance is to gather information. No formal discussion or action will be taken by the Supervisors. This agenda and meeting location is subject to change.  The posted agenda at the Town Hall is the primary notice.
