REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – LAWN CARE & SERVICES
MOWING, WEED CONTROL, FERTILIZING, AND AERATION
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin is requesting proposals to provide lawn care services including mowing, weed control, fertilizing, and aerating at the following locations:
Town Hall – 654 N. Glover Rd.
Glover Park – 428 N. Glover Rd.
Paved Pathway between the Deer Valley and Meadow Valley Residential Areas.
Expected Services are as follows:
Town Hall – Mowing every 7-10 days or as needed, fertilizer and weed control applied in spring and fall.
Glover Park – Mowing every 7-10 days or as needed, fertilizer and weed control applied in spring and fall, aeration of each baseball field to occur once season is completed.
The pathway between Deer Valley and Meadow Valley to occur one time at contractor’s discretion.
The Town expects to need these services from approximately mid-April until mid-October. Proposals should include total estimated cost and an anticipated mowing schedule.
All proposals are due back to the Town Hall (654 N. Glover Rd., Hudson, WI 54016) on March 20th, 2025, at 12 P.M. and should be directed to April Fredrick, Clerk/Treasurer.
