Invasive Species Removal at Glover Park: The St. Croix Correctional Center work crew will be working alongside Park Board volunteers to remove buckthorn and other invasive plant species at Glover Park. Work is scheduled for October 27, 28, and 29 and November 2, 3, and 4, weather permitting. Thank you to the Park Board volunteers and the supervised work crew for their efforts to help maintain and improve Glover Park.
Pemble’s Access, 193 Glenmont Rd. in River Falls, is officially closed for the season as of October 1.
We’ll reopen for the 2027 season on May 1, weather and water levels permitting.
