Rent/Reserve

Town Hall

 A few preconditions are necessary in order to be eligible for reserving the Town Hall.

  1. Responsible person must be Town resident
  2. Staff must be available to open and close
  3. Someone from the party must be here at all times
  4. Renter is responsible for set up and take down, as well as garbage removal

Town Hall Facility Charge:

Private Function:

  • $100 Non-Refundable Fee for use
  • $200 Damage Deposit (separate and paper check)

Organization Function:

  • $50 Non-Refundable Fee for use
  • $200 Damage Deposit (separate and paper check)

Glover Park

The pavilions, ball fields, and pickleball court are available by reservation for group use to residents and non-residents.

Please contact the Town Clerk's office at 715-425-2665 to request a Use Application Form and your reservation request will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservation will be confirmed upon payment.

Ball Diamonds

  • $10/Hour - Residents
  • $20/Hour - Non-Residents

Pickleball Court

  • Reservations accepted only with rental of the West(north) Pavilion - $10/hour (in addition)
  • if no pavilion is reserved, it is on a first come first serve basis.

Pavilions

  • $0 Rental Fee/$50 Damage Deposit - Resident
  • $50 Rental Fee/$50 Damage Deposit - Non-Resident

Community Kitchen

  • $125 Rental Fee/$200 Damage Deposit - Resident
  • $250 Rental Fee/$200 Damage Deposit - Non-Resident
  • Damage Deposits need to be given to the Town via paper check.
  • If key card is not returned, the Town will keep the Damage Deposit.

Please Note: If you're renting multiple items, you will need to provide two separate payments. One for fees and one for damage deposits.

The Town accepts Credit Cards with a 3% surcharge fee. All Damage Deposits need to be paid via paper check.

All reservations are not final until payment is accepted.
